Camulodunum (near today's Colchester)
This is the oldest Roman city in England. The ruins of the Roman stadium-circus were found in the beginning of the 20th century. It was built of stone and could accommodate about 3000 spectators. The discovered fragments of the stadium are exposed. There is a reconstruction that shows how did the stadium look like.
