In August-September 2011 the following works are done:

• Moulding and shaping of new concrete slabs and columns.
• Structural concrete formwork for the boards, railings and staircases.
• Reinforcement works and concrete works.
• Mounting of scaffolding.
• Laying insulation on a sand base on Lady Strangford Str.
• Conservation works on the marble tiered structure.
